Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-01
1. The agreement
These Terms govern the use of services offered at exotik.cloud by Exotik Cloud OÜ, Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (“Exotik”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
2. Prepaid balance
All services are paid from a prepaid wallet balance. Balance top-ups are final and non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise; unused balance can be refunded on account closure minus payment-processing costs where the original payment method permits it. Your balance is not a deposit account and earns no interest. Every balance movement is recorded in a ledger visible in your panel.
3. Services, renewals and suspension
Services renew automatically from your balance when auto-renewal is enabled. If the balance is insufficient, we apply a grace period (published in the panel), after which the service is suspended, and after a retention window it is terminated and its data deleted. We never create negative balances or debt on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for: unlawful content or activity; sending unsolicited bulk mail; network attacks, scanning or interference; malware distribution or command-and-control; cryptomining on shared-CPU plans; content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend services immediately for abuse that endangers the platform or third parties, and otherwise with notice.
5. Upstream infrastructure
Services are fulfilled across our own and third-party infrastructures. We may migrate a service between upstream providers, preserving its published specifications. Domain registrations are additionally subject to the relevant registry policies and ICANN rules.
6. Service levels
We target 99.95% availability of the core platform, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Where a paid service misses the target, your exclusive remedy is a wallet credit proportional to the downtime, capped at that service’s monthly price.
7. Data and backups
You are responsible for your data and for maintaining your own backups unless a plan explicitly includes managed backups. On termination we delete service data after the retention window stated in the panel.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you spent from your wallet in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice by email or panel notification; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. You may close your account at any time from the panel. Estonian law governs these Terms; courts of Harju County, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
