What happens when my balance runs out?+
Services get a grace window, then pause. Nothing is deleted for two weeks, and nothing ever creates debt. Top up and everything resumes.
Can I resize later?+
Yes — upgrades are minutes with data preserved. That is why we suggest starting one size smaller than you think.
Root access? IPv6? Snapshots?+
Full root on every server, IPv4 + IPv6 included. Reinstalls from a template library; snapshot policies vary per line.
